It’s finally Dick and Gwen’s favorite time of year—the Halloween season! This week, we’ll be discussing horror movie tropes that make us horny, as well as how we want to incorporate aspects of them into an upcoming fear play scene.

Introduction to Fear Play

First, we talked about why horror movies turn us on. For monster movies specifically, Gwen really likes monster movies where a giant monster chases a small, weak human. She also likes the elements of blood, cutting, and other types of medical kink that often appear in horror movies. She also loves chase scenes where a giant monster chases someone through a forest or a building because of the predator/prey dynamic. Her favorite chase scene is the one where Leatherface chases Sally through the woods in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Finally, she’s turned on by movies focused on bodily mutilation, such as Tusk or Pieces. We of course wouldn’t be turned on if these things were real, but we find the looks of anguish and such to be a turn-on when it’s in a movie.

Dick tends to identify with the monster/killer in a lot of horror movies. Specifically, the type who are giant and bumbly, like Jason, Leatherface, or Michael Meyers. A lot of his style as a top is influenced by horror movie characters like Drayton Sawyer from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, who masquerades as a caring, fatherlike figure, but quickly reveals his sadistic, twisted side. He’s turned on by horror movies in a bottom-y way when it comes to horror movies with medical themes or a strong theme of the fear of death. He also fantasizes about being the person who gets caught in predicaments in horror movies.

Gwen genuinely gets scared watching horror movies, which she’s happy about. She really enjoys watching horror with Dick because he likes to see her scared, which makes the whole experience more exciting.

Horror Movie-Inspired Fear Play

Fear play is something Gwen has always wanted to try, but she wants it to be horror-movie-themed. She isn’t interested in fear play when it comes to things like blackmailing or other real-world problems, she’s more interested in roleplaying being stalked, or getting caught in jumpscares. She’s really afraid to do this type of play because she does get genuinely scared about horror, even in fantasy, but that makes her more excited to play with it.

Dick is happy that Gwen wants to do this type of fear play scene because it’s something he’s always wanted to try as well. He would love to roleplay as a horror movie-esque serial killer and stalk Gwen throughout the day, making subtle changes to things in Gwen’s life so the day feels off. Dick and Gwen also negotiate the types of things that they would like to play with in the culmination of their fear play/horror scene.
